Award Employer of the Region 2022: third place

BONATRANS GROUP a.s. has come third in the competition “Employer of the REGION 2022, Moravia-Silesia Region” in the category Employers up to 5000 employees.
Joint stock company BONATRANS GROUP a.s. is now a traditional competitor, as evidenced by the preceding third place in “Employer of the REGION 2019, Moravia-Silesia Region”, in the category Employers up to 5000 employees, second place in “Employer of the REGION 2020, Moravia-Silesia Region”, in the category Employers up to 5000 employees and second place in “Employer of the REGION 2021 Moravia-Silesia Region”, in the category Employers up to 5000 employees.
The results of Sodexo Employer of the Region 2022 were officially announced in the friendly atmosphere of the chateau hotel Velká Bystřice in the heart of the Haná region. The 20th anniversary of the Sodexo Employer of the Region 2022 award were marked by an increase in the number of participants because they are aware of the need to motivate employees properly in all areas where the employer operates.
The announcement of the results and presentation of the award Sodexo Employer of the Region 2022 for the Moravia Silesia region were preceded by a presentation of interesting projects associated in particular with the introduction of electronic and digital elements of HR processes and new activities in the field of OHaS.
Firms in the Czech Republic are rated in the prestigious competition Employer of the Year and Employer of the Region on the basis of a special methodology covering 14 indicators. The model for the evaluation of winner of Employer of the Year is based on a set of indicators selected in cooperation between PwC and the Employer’s Club calculated using the unified definitions of the Saratoga methodology. They include HR Leading, which represents the indicators of HR leadership that can be directly managed and influenced, HR Lagging, which represents indicators resulting from HR policies and which can only indirectly be influenced, and Financial & Productivity Lagging, which measures employees’ productivity.
